where is my parcel tracking no is 41814526093, order was placed on 2nd November 2017 and not delivered yet, ne response from ebay for the query

Unfortunately, 41814526093 is an ordinary air mail item; it can't be tracked after it leaves China. You can get some idea of how long it should take to be delivered from this chart: http://track-chinapost.com/China_Post_Arrival_Time_Stat.php

If your buyer protection time is close to running out, you should open a claim for non-delivery.
