hi i do order in aliexpress, first i get tracking number RY878211605CN but the goods has ben shipment cancelled and comeback to seller.
then the seller resends with the new tracking number RY950669971CN and lastly I check today shipment also cancelled.
so what should I do and why it can happen, what causes it?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the number is invalid. This means your seller never actually shipped anything yet. you are scammed.

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, you should open dispute against fraud and claim refund.
