My parcel has been stucked in Shanghai customs for almost 2 months (from 01/31/2018). Is it normal?

LZ029869671CN left china on Jan 31. normally such epacket should arrive receiver in Canada in 2 to 3 weeks. You need open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund.
