Hello,

I made several orders on iOffer, and haven’t recieved them even though it’s past the expected time . When I put my adress in, jt cut it halfway off. It only got the home number of my adress and lost the 239 ave se part.
These are my tracking numbers:
LS383524465CN
RM941000755CN
LS387774163CN
RO268196005CN
I’m wondering if I could pick these items up at my local post office or what I should do.

USPS website shows LS387774163CN status as "ISSAQUAH, WA 98027, Insufficient Address, Your item was returned to the sender on January 5, 2018 at 3:57 am in ISSAQUAH, WA 98027 because of an incomplete address". Your parcel has already been returned to China.

You can not pickup the parcel anymore, If you paid with paypal, you should open dispute to seller for refund because he wrote incomplete address and caused delivery failure.

I paid with my debit card. Is there any way of a refund?

you can contact your bank and see if you can get refund against fraud. Many ioffer sellers play games with buyer. You should avoid buying from such dangerous website.

Luckily Wells Fargo is fully refunding it. Now I know to never ever go to ioffer again.
