Hello,
anyone can help me?
I mistakenly let the wholesaler send the consignments to the wrong address. Now they return back to the dealer. But do they really return back? On the tracking I don't comprehend it.
There is shown the last step that the parcel is sent to the airline.
Here are the tracking no's:
RB235896760CN
RC116002608CN
RB938666107CN

all these 3 items were returned to China FROM GERMANY. you will NOT receive them.

Yes,
but why did the sender not receive the consignments until yet? So he could resend the parcels.
Again, there is shown "sent to airline" as last step.

sometimes the parcel status will not change even the parcel has been sent back to shipper. But I can 100% sure that the parcel RC116002608CN was returned to China Post Nanjing branch and RB938666107CN was returned to China Post Shenzhen Branch. Don't ask me why, I can not give you detail.
