I have a problem here, my parcel was shipped in 11/12/17, the last update was "sent to airline 25/12/17" i'm still waiting for it, but this day tracking shows me a new update, but it's a 27/12/17 update that say again "sent to ailine", please tell me if there is any problem with my parcel, should i worry ? if not when can i receive it approximately ?

Packages to Morocco might be difficult for China Post to route because of a lack of direct flights. Every time you see a "Sent to airline" update, that's China Post attempting to send the parcel to you again.

I can't say how often this might repeat. Once parcel is finally sent successfully, there will be a long period of time with no updates at all...and then the next update will be when your parcel arrives in your country.

I have seen some parcels sent to airline 7-8 times and still delivered successfully eventually. I wish I could provide more certainty but unfortunately there isn't any to be had.

The best thing to do is to just keep an eye on your parcel's tracking status, and to open a dispute with your seller if your buyer protection period is running out.
