Hi ! Hi ! What does it mean sent to airline ? Tracking number RU802078968CN
I hope it's already in usa

sent to airline normally means the parcel left china. However, RU802078968CN should have some problem. China Post now stopped shipment to PUERTO RICO since early Dec. If you can not get it by Xmas, you should open dispute to seller.
