Yes, it means your package is in its way to your country. From there it will be sent for delivery to your address.

the last status on my package says sent to airline but since 24th of December so what should i do? any suggestions?

You need to contact your country's postal service to see whether its in the country, its most likely at the custom center in your country, or still going through the sorting facillity
