It is from 2018-04-10 on custom scan. How many day/week they need to scan 20x20x5 cm parcel. Ridiculous

RZ349245086GB is in Beijing customs. If you can not get it in next 2 days, call china post hot line 11185 and inquiry delivery detail. Make sure you must have address written in Chinese. English address often can not be delivered.

They call on that number but China post doesn't give to them any info. They say like on global tracking is on the custom scan. Can be lost somewhere there?
