I have recently sent back clothing which was delivered to the address in China. The supplier wasn't there to receive the delivery and is refusing to go and pick the parcels up. Joanne's dresses are also saying the ems hasn't got them which isn't the case as I have the tracking information, which then leads me to believe I have been scammed.

The clothing was wedding dresses and as you can imgaine is very upsetting.

Any advice or help in this matter would be appreciated
