Hi so i have been checking my tracking number for the past week and i dont see any movement of the package and i have sent an email to china post themselves which they are not answering to, this package has been stuck at the air transport since the 11/03/2018, so i would actually like to know if it has been lost or do they still intend to forward the package to the destined country...
i find it quite troublesome to buy from china as it always takes its time to clear or actually arrive in the country,
Thus kindly advise if contact can be made with the people handlig the package and receive feedback in regards of the where abouts of this package if they have lost it, or if it will be transferred shortly

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the number was sent to airline on Mar 11.
China Post will lost control of the parcel after sent to airline. so there will be no update anymore after sent to airline date.

you need wait about 4 to 12 weeks to get it in South Africa.

So basically you are saying they are sleeping as part of a job function, i can believe a package as large as a car motor to take up to 12 weeks because it comes by boat, based on the speed of a boat and the distance it needs to travel constitutes that it would take such a long time and there would be no control to be able to speed things along, however if it is shipped via air and it is at the airport and there is actually devisions like china post there... while they are there you are saying that they cannot contact the dead standing there to actually take the item book it onto a flight and ship it... they not actually on the ocean with nature and other aspects prohibiting them to actually fast track an item at all... to me it seems that its just an easier way to say its out of their control... and basically saying it can take up 12 weeks to get to south africa means that the delivery system their is mismanaged and should not actually be working properly not even my country takes that long with any package... thus i will ensure that i will steer away from sellers of china based on this experience and be sure to advise my friends to stay away as well and actually get sellers from other countries even if it costs a bit more... if they cannot be contacted i will then have to contact the seller and tell him i require my payment back due to the tardiness of his own countries postal services... well done perfect service ha ha ha
