Please tell me where is my packet with tracking no RY650754875CN?

China tracking systems said " 2017.12.03 07:10 (GMT-7): Departed country of origin". And today is 2017.20.12 and I don't have any news.

now is busy season, shipping time to Europe might take 2 to 6 weeks. some parcels shipped in early Nov just arrived West Europe. you need wait 2 to 3 more weeks.
