I posted this package from the UK to China on 24/12/13, I have tracked it as far as the UK Royal Mail site will allow me - Tracking reference: RU238975339GB. My package has been saying it's been delivered to OEBeijinghe since 01/01/14. There is no more information and the Seller waiting for the returned goods is saying it hasn't been delivered. Where is my package? UK Royal Mail charged me extra for International Signed For service but now tells me it is up to China Post if they bother to get a signature and there is no way for me to see if it has been delivered and signed for. Please, please someone help me - this item was for my wedding and I can't afford to get a new one until I get a refund from the Seller in China!

RU238975339GB was shipped to China Post Qingdao office. No deliver confirmation information available. It should be still in China Post Qingdao office.sometimes English address can not be delivered in China because many delivery people can not understand it. you might need ask recipient to pickup by themselves from China Post office.
