Hello I have been checking on the above mentioned delivery for a while and it has remained on the same status since 16.12. When I input the number i only see the date (16.12) and a time. There is no text whatsoever. What is the status of this delivery?

RR568940429DE is German Post tracking number. Do you ship it from Germany to China? China Post has no record of this number, it has never arrived China yet.

I apologize I made an error typing the number. It should have been RR598640429DE

you can track it in http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php , if the goods arrives China, the web page will show China location. If no location information, it means parcel has not arrived China.
