hello, i bought on alyexpress a jersey on 17th August. i have this track number: RO600749121CN.
from 27th August I see "export security scan". what does it mean? are there any problem? when the jersey will arrive in Italy?

your seller delayed shipment for one week. You probably need to wait another 2 to 3 weeks to get the goods. Status sometimes update slower than actual movement, so you no need worry too much.
