dispatched from 18/09/2014 and no news about it till now,

can someone help me?
i got 3 more under way to Indonesia

Your parcel was sent from Beijing airport which is experiencing some airline shortage since early Aug. you might need to wait another 2 to 4 weeks.

you can't get the flight information. airline does not record the flight number for each parcel. It is too expensive and make no sense.
