What happened to my parcel RM935035591CN

It was delivered by air transport on 2017-11-27 but not reached Italy after more 60 days.

What happened?

Perhaps China Post has lost it?

What todo now?

RM935035591CN is delayed in airline warehouse. If your buyer protection is expiring, you should ask seller extend protection or open dispute for refund.
