HI I ordered in ali express online and my item was shipped already. I put the wrong mobile number on the shipping address. i contacted the seller but he said he cannot do anything to change the mobile number. Im from Saudi Arabia . HOw can I change my mobile number. is the item will be ship to me personally or it will go to the post office. I didnt put the po box in the address only the zip code,,tnx

you can not change anything including address,mobile phone number,phone number,zip etc after the parcel was shipped. maybe you contact Saudi Post (China Post delivery partner in Saudi Arabia) ask if they can help you to forward the parcel to your correct address or po box.

I understand. So you mean if they cannot find my exact address . they will give the item to saudi post?

all china post parcels will be delivered by Saudi Post in your country no matter the address is correct or not. If the address is wrong, it will be destroyed or returned to china at Saudi Post's choice.

I have two shipments have sent from China and didn't reach to my country for more than two months, by these tracking numbers:RI362581153CN & RI362678149CN . Kindly inform me about my items and why took this long time. Thanks

your parcels were shipped 3 months ago. if you have not got them, normally it means the parcel were lost. Saudi Post require parcel has Po box in the address, if your seller did not print the po box, Saudi Post might discard the parcel.
