Not familiar with your product. But we suggest you to open a dispute to aliexpress. It is not a good news to stuck in Suzhou for so long time. Normally, it should at least have arrived Shanghai or Beijing.

it is a just metal thing to help acne problems.

i allready open a dispute in aliexpress but seller refuses to refund and wants me to close the dispute.

i think i am gonna escalate the dispute to aliexpress
