Please if anyone can help me. My order was returned to China on 08/09/2014, but the company claims that have not yet received the information on the website is what is GET. The company needs to go in order to remove this post? Thank you

you should open a dispute to paypal and explain the tracking result to them. Paypal will then issue you refund.
