Hello!

I ordered my product on the 9th of April. On the 7th of May the parcel has arrived to hungary and now is stuck with Forwarded for delivery. Usually it takes 1 or 2 weekdays to deliver the package, after it gets the "Forwarded for delivery" status, but now, today is the 6th weekday and there's no sign of the package. I've contacted the local post office, if they know anything about it, and they've said that the package has arrived to Hungary, but the Hungarian Post office has no record of the parcel, so it's basically lost. Should i wait a few more days, or shall i open a dispute?

Hungary post website shows RJ457157995CN arrived Budapest on May 7, how come they told you there is no record? I believe the guy who replied your question is not responsible. Try to talk some other guy in Hungary Post or call their manager.

Well they know that the parcel has arrived to Budapest, but besides that they don't know anything about it. I've got that information from the manager of the local post office.

I suggest you wait one more week. If Hungary Post still can not locate the parcel, I believe you can consider the parcel is lost.
