http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=RG846961409CN shows the parcel was shipped on May 15. normally it should arrive UAE in 2 to 4 weeks. Make sure the parcel has P.O box number printed in the address. UAE Post will reject parcel which has no P.O box number.

if po box is written in the parcel, you no need worry anything. Just patiently wait another one or two more weeks, it will arrive.
