Hello, China Post!

I'm having some issues with my order, the tracking number is RF024143896CN. I ordered two things from the same seller at the same time and one of them arrived but not the other one, and it says it's still in China.

Please help.

the parcel seems to have some delay in Hangzhou. You might need wait another 2 to 4 weeks.
