Post reschedule delivery please

I have an order with number EA184065584CN and I could not be there to pick it up, I want to reschedule for the 3rd of January but the telephone service doesn't work. I want to know who do I have to contact or where can I make sure that my package is safe and ready for it to be sent from the 3rd of January 2018.

EA184065584CN is now controlled by your local Germany Post office. I believe you need go to that post office(MAI) and pickup the the goods asap. Otherwise germany Post will return the parcel to China.

Can you tell me what office post and the new tracking number or if its still the same?

The parcel is the hand of germany post, you should google their phone number and call them. Only they know the location of the parcel.
