http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the number RG704386240CN is invalid. you should be cautious of fraud.

Which website did you buy from? when did seller give you this track number?

You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to ebay against fraud.
