I have one shipment rejected from UAE Post office because the P.O.Box is not mentioned on the shipment , I have checked the status on tracking china post link, it is : "Import Customs Scan" , actually I dont know what does it mean ,So how I can deliver my shipment? what is the procedure will be taken ? ,
the shipment status is still in " Import Security Scan " , since 11 days, so how long it takes to get back to supplier?
