I have received an email about my parcel being rejected although I ordered simple stationery tools which are markers ands stickers. The reference number is “RY689736152CN“
Hopefully you can solve this somehow.. 😡

I don't see anything here that would indicate that your parcel has been rejected. As far as I can tell, its status is completely normal.

Well the email says differently. I have paid for express shipping and it still has not arrived. The email was from bricksxcastle.com which is the original place where I ordered.
