Hello,

A registered letter sent to me with tracking no. RL 598 642 977 IE shows an 'unsuccessful delivery' status at a time when I was home. How can I get this letter to me asap? Thank you!

you should go to china post office in 浦东新区分公司塘桥 and pickup the mail asap.

so went to that post office and they hadno idea what i was talking about. I even showed the tracking number. I just hope it gets delivered to my address. I have stayed home waiting for it for 2 days now. I don't know how the first delivery attempt failed yesterday because I was at home all day and the address is correct.

This is an excellent service. I got my registered letter today. If I hadn't used this forum I would not have known to go as the delivery was to the wrong address (mistake of sender) so I never got the notice. I went to that post office again you mentioned and they had the letter. Thanks again and keep up the great work!
