http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows the number has no record. Your seller has not shipped anything yet. If you get the number more than 3 business days, you should be cautious of fraud.

Which website did you buy from?

You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to Dhgate/paypal whichever you paid money to.
