http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the number is invalid. Your seller has not shipped anything yet. If you get the number more than 3 business days, you should be cautious of fraud.

Which website did you buy from?

ioffer is very risky website. Many our users have reported fraud from ioffer. You should be very cautious of those sellers there.

if you can not track real shipping info in next 3 days, you should open dispute to paypal.
