I tried to track my parcel with number RN436777818CN. I can’t track it I need to know what is the problem . After 20 working days, I still haven’t received my parcel.

India Post website shows the parcel arrived KOLKATA AIR FOREIGN RLO BUILDING on Jan 14. Normally this means India Post will deliver the parcel to you in next 5 to 10 days.

You can contact your local post office for delivery detail
