Hello!

The expected delivery date for LM148940084CN was provided when the item shipped and for many days after. Now there is no expected delivery date. When can I expect the item?

It has been 16 business days since the item shipped, past the estimated 10-15 business days delivery timeline.

Please help.

USPS website https://tools.usps.com/tracking/LM148940084CN shows it arrived in BELL GARDENS, CA 90205 on July 19. It is on the way to destination. USPS will deliver the item soon.

Hello.

I still have not received the package. USPS tracking shows it has been in Los Angeles for over a week. I called USPS and they said the address on the package does not match my address. As a result, they could not help me further. They suggested I reach out to you to find out the address that is on the package.

I checked my order confirmation email and my address is listed correctly as the Shipping Address. I also checked the order details after requesting a new link, and the shipping address is correct there as well.

What can you do to help me track the package?

USPS website shows the parcel was hold in US customs for about one week. Good news is that this item started moving again on July 26. It is on the way to destination.

Delivery update, please. According to the provided tracking, the package cleared customs 17 July and has been in Los Angeles since. The delivery address is less than 50 miles from Los Angeles. The latest vendor delivery update states delivery is "confirmed 30 July".

LM148940084CN is in USPS system. Please contact USPS. It is not controlled by China Post anymore.
