Is my item returned to the seller?
It went to Shanghai for airlines but for some reason it was returned back to nanjing...
Im not sure what's happening here.
I have ordered two costume necklaces in this package.

it seems that the parcel was returned to seller in Nanjing. you'd better ask seller call 11185 and find out the reason. if seller can not find reason, then you should open dispute and claim refund.

Dear Chinapostv-olunteer, I messaged the seller and the seller says she didnt get the parcel back....what to do.....? please help! :)
It says, Export security scan so i am thinking it's still sitting in customs or something?
Is there any possibility that this parcel will be shipped to Canada in Nanjing?
I ordered two parcels from this seller and one other is en route to Canada and this one is the one with problem....

Nanjing has no direct flight to Canada like Shanghai. So if your parcel was returned from shanghai to Nanjing, normally it is not a good news. It seems your seller does not want to call 11185 and try to help you. You'd better open a dispute and claim refund. At least this will push seller to take some action.
