Since April 11. my parcel's tracking data was not changed, neither the Chinese nor in the Hungarian side, "Item sent abroad". This parcel is lost?

the parcel stuck in customs since april 10. normally this means it has something not allowed by customs and was rejected. you'd better open a dispute and claim refund asap.
