my parcel has stucked for a long time
12 days have passed and when i track this parcel i see this : 2014.07.03 15:33 (GMT-7): Collection

nothing has changed
i don;t know what to do
i am nervous
please help me
can you tell me when i receive it?
what can i do?
i am a new customer so i am sorry if i do something wrong

12 days stuck in shenyang is not very normal. You can wait one more week and see what happens. If still no change of status, open a dispute and claim refund.
