Can you please tell me where exactly is this parcel present., It shows (EDI-received) for going to KOLKATA, INDIA.
I have no update whether it has at least reached my country (INDIA).

Kalkata customs has big problem these days, many parcels are stuck there. they will not give you any useful answer. you can do nothing but wait.
