Hello! It has been 36 days since I placed this order, and the stated turn-around time for arrival was 31. The last item posted on the website is that it is being Opened, on May 3rd. It has departed from outward office of exchange and opened a few times, so I am assuming customs is having a grand time. Is it possible to obtain any further information?

Dang! It's just a dress. I guess after accepting and rejecting 3 times they decided it's not meant for me to have. I'll go ahead and dispute/cancel my order. Thank you, have a good weekend!
