Hello,
I am following up two packages and I see that from the 14th of December, this detained in China Post. I have sent several emails to the seller and not responding. I want to know why the package has not left the office of China!

both parcels was received by China Post Wuxi office on Dec 15. It is strange that these 2 parcels stuck there and never move for 1 week. We suggest you to file a case in ebay or aliexpress and force seller to response you.
