I waiting for this parcel fro over 6 weeks please advise where this item is and why its taking so long

it says its still stuck at

RC199563546CN 2014 Departure from outward office of exchange 51003100 AU 20140220 1136

please advise when i can receive this item

track here: http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php , if last status stuck in "customs " over 4 weeks , that means the parcel can not pass customs security check and will be returned to shipper. you should open a paypal or aliexpress dispute immediately.
