My order (keyboard) have been stuck on the below status for nearly a month

RR860692305CN "2014 Export Customs Scan Shanghai Ireland 2014-04-07 14:33"

Seller say to wait, but there has been no movment on my item since the 7th of April

Any help would be great :)
