Hello! Where is the package? Tracking Number RC137055773CN . to 9.12.2013 has not yet been sent to Russia?

RC137055773CN pass export scan on Dec 9. Normally you should get it by end of December. If not ,you should file a non-receipt dispute to protect your money in case of lost.

I called Russian post and I was informed that the parcel is not yet in the country.
