Hi. Could you tell me is it there any chance to receive this packages or they will be returned to the sellers and I should order them again. They are without batteries. Cooking tools for Christmas.

If your parcel has not changed status over 30 days, then it might be returned. Otherwise please just be patient to wait, now is rush season, some delay is normal.
