No info on this tracking number, shipped on May 20. Thank you for any info!

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows that seller did not ship the parcel on May 20. you can contact seller and ask what is REAL shipment date. Tell him not lying because you can verify real shipment date in china post tracking website. if he does not response you with true answer, open a dispute and claim refund for fraud order.

The response from seller was shipping info from http://ws-shipping.com and tracking number WS607649715CN. Everything seems okay, but then I tracked that number myself and the result was:

Provided number is not tracking number and is not trackable

Should I file a claim?

WS607649715CN is not a China Post tracking number. it just a private reference number for a China Post shipping agent. that shipping agent shipped your goods with a cheap non-trackable airmail service, so you can not track it from China Post tracking website.
