how much team and updated the tracking system?
this order( RB948159317CN ) is already 5 days, that vendendor said he sent me. record but not in the china post.
help me if I Should wait.
or should I open dispute ?

your vendor is lying. He has not sent the parcel RB948159317CN to China Post yet.
