This package seems to have been sitting with the airline for over a month. what is happen, is it lost?

if the parcel was sent to airline one month ago and you have not got it, then you should open a dispute asap. it has high possibility (but not necessarily) to be lost. The paypal and aliexpress dispute deadline is coming, you should take action before the deadline.
