A packet with this registration number was reported sent to me November 12. 2013.

The sender of the goods told me to expect the package between November 20 and December 4 2013
I have not received anything.
Can China Post tell me where this package is?

RB883848672CN was returned from Customs warehouse to China Post Shanghai office on Nov 27. Normally this means the parcel will be finally returned to shipper. You'd better file a non-receipt dispute as soon as possible.
