Could I please get an update for my parcel? RB873684767CN
I am wondering if the parcel has left the airport or is still stuck there.
Could the Chinese New Year holidays be causing delay?

RB873684767CN should have some problem and can not pass security check in Zhengzhou. It is not delayed by holiday. We suggest you to open a dispute and claim money back.

How to open dispute and claim refund for fake tracking number and unreceived parcel?
