Dear admin.

After tracking parcel number RB870613934CN, last status says "leaving customs warehouse" on december 8th, indicating destination country "ES" (Spain, I guess, which is right). Can yo confirm to me this means package is on the way to Spain, and if it is "normal" to take so long?.
I'm asking you this because I have seen package has gone to different places within China since it was received by China Post Airmail on november 8th and I do not know if all this is usual.

RB870613934CN was returned to China Post Nanjing office. It should be on the way back to shipper. You'd better file a non-receipt dispute asap.

Hi again,

After reporting your answer to shipper, it insists the godos have left Nanjing office and they are on the way to its destination (Spain). Can you please confirm to me if this is true, or they are still in Nanjing?.

Actually you should open a dispute with paypal or aliexpress first. Let paypal /aliexpress to deal with shipper. It is seller's duty to prove that buyer has received the goods. If he can not give proof, the you will win the dispute and get your money back.
