My seller gave me the following tracking number RB858987403CN. but after no tracking information for 5 days i contacted him and he said china post returned package and that he will resend. is this true?

Edit: he just said that there was a mistake and that the tracking number is good. Can you confirm?

RB858987403CN has NEVER been received by China Post.
