It could not be worse !!!!!!!

RB852990656CN arrived Milan Customs on Nov 25. You should contact Italian Post for parcel detail. Italian Post is the local delivery agent of China Post in Italy.

Really sorry but no one told me anything.
I have been buying abroad for more than 10 years...when I buy something it is always shipped to the address given...how can I guess that I have to get in touch with the Italian Post ?

I will try to get in touch with them but it is not the way to work !!!!.
